Hello Rotarians!

September programs have started back in full gear!  Next week, Sept. 17, come to our lunch meeting and hear from Frank England and the Grimsby Conservation Club about a new initiative for Grimsby.  Be sure to also attend Sept 24th, and hear from our District Governor Kevin Crouse.  There will be a Board Meeting at 11:00, just prior to our noon meeting.

We had a very successful Paul Harris event at Peninsula Ridge in June and year-end party at Malivoire Winery in July.   We have helped so many organizations in our community and can be proud of last year's contributions to McNally House and Second Stage Housing, to Habitat for Humanity volunteers and to Rotary Youth Exchange, Big Brothers, and other great causes.  Our club has co-sponsored Robin Kelly on the Rotary International Youth Exchange and she left a few days ago for Spain.

This fall, we have planned a fantastic Dinner -Theatre Murder Mystery evening on Sat. Oct. 26th.  The five-course meal is inter-mingled with professional actors for a wonderful program.  We also ask each Rotarian to provide one bottle of wine so that we can have a Wine Raffle.  Speak to Carolyn to reserve your tickets, which are $75 per person.  We have 90 tickets to sell to make this a success!  This program will raise funds to send youth to Rotary Leadership programs.

Please look over our club website and mark events on your calendar.  Please contact Keith or myself if you have speaker or program ideas!
